These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Senior Advisors LLC. If you do not agree, do not use our website, submit your information, or opt in to receive calls, texts, or emails from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were most recently revised. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Through our website, phone, email, text, and in-person or virtual meetings, we may:

We are an insurance agency, not an insurance company. Coverage is subject to carrier approval, underwriting, and policy terms. We do not guarantee that any particular product, rate, or appointment will be available.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

Contact may be made by live call, voicemail, prerecorded or artificial voice, or email, where permitted by law. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance or applying for an agent position. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us directly. You may opt out of marketing calls by telling us during a call or by contacting us at the information below.

6. SMS text messaging program

If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Senior Advisors LLC — including by submitting a form with an unchecked SMS consent checkbox that you actively check, texting us, or otherwise giving express consent — you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Senior Advisors LLC related to policy servicing and our client relationship.

Frequency and charges

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

8. Independent agent recruiting

If you inquire about becoming an independent agent or producer with Senior Advisors LLC, any information you provide will be used to evaluate your interest, verify licensing, and communicate about contracting and appointment opportunities.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee contracting, appointment with carriers, or employment. Independent agents are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, appointments, errors and omissions coverage, and compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Compensation for independent agents is described separately in contracting and compensation agreements, if applicable. Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship.

9. Advertising and lead forms

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. If you click an ad or submit a lead form, you agree that we may use the information you provide to contact you about the service or opportunity advertised, to measure ad performance, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, and other platforms are not sponsors of our communications and are not responsible for our products, services, or messaging program.

10. Intellectual property

The Senior Advisors LLC name, logo, website content, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Senior Advisors LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Disclaimers

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENIOR ADVISORS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, insurance, or telecommunications laws that cannot be waived by contract.
