2. Information we collect

We collect personal information in the following ways.

• Recruit, evaluate, contract, appoint, train, and pay independent agents and producers
• Operate, secure, and improve our website, advertising, and business operations
• Measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and understand which ads, pages, or forms led to a contact
• Comply with insurance, tax, anti-money-laundering, recordkeeping, and other legal obligations
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We do not use sensitive information, such as health data, to train third-party artificial-intelligence models. We use sensitive information only as needed to provide insurance services, comply with law, or as you otherwise direct.

4. Facebook, Instagram, advertising, cookies, and pixels

We advertise our insurance services and independent-agent opportunities on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and may advertise on other sites and networks. This section is intended to meet Meta’s requirement that advertisers maintain a publicly available privacy policy describing collection and use of data from ads, landing pages, and lead forms.

Meta Business Tools

We may use Meta tools such as:

• Facebook and Instagram ads, including lead-generation forms
• Custom Audiences and lookalike or similar audience tools
• Page, event, and engagement data associated with our ads or social pages

These tools may collect or receive identifiers and internet or electronic-network activity, such as the fact that you visited this website, clicked an ad, submitted a lead form, or took another action. Meta may combine that information with data it already has about you and use it to provide services to us and to other advertisers, including ad delivery, measurement, and personalization, as described in the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta’s guidance on data from partners.

Lead forms and recruitment ads

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or otherwise respond to an ad about becoming an agent or requesting insurance information, we receive the fields you provide, which commonly include name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, license status, and any custom questions. We use that information to contact you about the opportunity or service you requested, to evaluate recruiting interest, and to measure advertising results. Submitting a form is voluntary, but we cannot respond without the contact details you choose to provide.

Customer lists and matching

We may upload or transmit hashed identifiers (for example, email address or phone number) to Meta or other ad platforms to match existing contacts, exclude current clients or agents, measure conversions, or create lookalike audiences. We do this under the platform’s terms and only for our own advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand traffic, and deliver or measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site or ad features. You can also use platform controls such as Facebook Ad Preferences, Off-Facebook Activity, and industry opt-outs such as aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org.

Google Fonts and other site vendors

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser data. We may also use hosting, email, phone, scheduling, CRM, and analytics providers that process information on our behalf.

5. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Insurance companies and industry partners as needed to quote, apply for, issue, service, or pay claims on coverage, and to appoint or contract agents
• Service providers such as hosting, email, phone, CRM, e-signature, payment, background-check, compliance, and advertising vendors, who may use the information only to perform services for us or as required by law
• Advertising partners, including Meta, Google, and similar platforms, as described above
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers
• Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law, court order, licensing regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services
• A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of business assets

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used under California law, unless you opt out as described below.

The sharing described in this section does not include SMS opt-in data or consent. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell personal information for cash. Like many businesses that run digital ads, we may allow advertising partners to collect identifiers and usage data from our website or ads, which some state laws treat as a “sale” or “share” of personal information for targeted advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Opting out of advertising cookies or sharing does not stop us from contacting you about a request you submitted, servicing a policy, or using information as otherwise allowed by law.

7. Calls, texts, and email

If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Senior Advisors LLC, we may send recurring SMS messages related to policy servicing and our client relationship, including policy payment reminders, policy status and lapse notifications, policy document updates, birthday and holiday greetings, and other client service communications.

Mobile information and SMS consent: We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to provide our messaging services, such as telecommunications providers, and only for purposes of providing those services. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

You may also receive phone or email communications from us where you have requested them or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.

8. Insurance privacy notice (nonpublic personal information)

Federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and state insurance privacy laws restrict how insurance agencies may use and disclose nonpublic personal information about customers and consumers. This section is our consumer privacy notice for insurance-related information.

We collect nonpublic personal information from you, from your transactions with us, and from insurance companies, consumer-reporting agencies, and other third parties, as described in Section 2. We may disclose that information to insurance companies and other third parties as needed to provide the products and services you request, to service policies, and as otherwise permitted or required by law (for example, processing, servicing, underwriting, claims, audits, licensing, and compliance).

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted by law. 9. Independent agent recruiting

If you inquire about contracting with Senior Advisors LLC or selling insurance with us, we process your information as an applicant or independent contractor, not as a website-only visitor. We use recruiting information to evaluate interest, verify licenses, run or request background or carrier-appointment checks, communicate about opportunities, and, if you contract, to appoint you with carriers and pay commissions.

Providing recruiting information is voluntary, but we may be unable to consider you without it. Carrier appointment and contracting may require disclosure of your information to insurance companies and contracting platforms. We retain recruiting records as needed for compliance, appointment, and legal purposes.

10. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including insurance, tax, licensing, complaint, and recordkeeping requirements, which may require us to retain some records for several years after a relationship ends. We then delete, de-identify, or securely archive information as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to appeal a denied request; to obtain a portable copy of certain information; and to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, or the sale or sharing of personal information. These rights are not absolute, and we may retain or deny certain information as permitted, including where we must keep records for insurance, legal, or security reasons.

Nevada residents may request that we not sell covered information by emailing us with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.”

12. Children

Our website, advertising, and recruiting are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 for marketing. Insurance products involving minors are handled only through a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it as required.

Links and third-party sites

Our website or ads may link to carrier sites, Meta, Google, or other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those sites.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Except for legally recognized opt-out preference signals described in Section 6, our site does not currently respond to DNT signals in a uniform way.

International visitors

We operate in the United States. If you access our site from elsewhere, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The updated Policy applies to information we already have and information we collect in the future, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
